Volunteering
Make a difference with 1 hour / week
Interested in being a website content manager? Or a social media volunteer? FoEBT is run entirely by volunteers, and many hands do make for light work.
If you'd like to lend your hand, all we ask is for a commitment of one hour per week. There are two roles currently available that we've already identified.

Social Media Volunteer
Make regular posts (weekly or fortnightly) to the Friends of Early Buddhist Teachings Facebook page. Each post will summarise one Early Buddhist sutta (long suttas will be split into several posts). Guidance will be given on selecting suttas using Pande’s book, Studies in the Origins of Buddhism.
Promote FoEBT’s monthly Zoom Rooms by posting to the FoEBT Facebook page and other FB groups that will find the event of interest.
Website Content Manager
Ensure the FoEBT website is kept up-to-date. Upload newsletters, post announcements, and check that links are still valid (not broken). Make suggestion for content changes or additions.
